There can be nothing more rewarding than knowing that you are making a difference in someone’s life. Here is an opportunity for you to volunteer at one of our nearby care centers – in Hanford, Tulare or Visalia – to spend quality time with our Elders.

Sometimes just listening to a Elder talk about their life is a meaningful act, one that bolsters a resident’s self-esteem. Reading is important…the daily newspaper, or a book that interests both you and the Elder. Some Elders love to play games or get involved with one of the many craft projects.

Perhaps you can help lift a Elder’s spirit.

There are countless opportunities to make a difference. You can accompany us on local outings or get involved in Senior Day. Be a part of your community. Volunteer! Feel better about yourself and brighten someone’s day!

• Volunteer Program – Assist with activities, decorations, games or outings.
• Adopt a Grandparent – One of the most heart-warming programs offered. People can make a difference in an older person’s life through our grandparent program.

• Community Group Involvement – We encourage churches, schools, scouting programs, and community groups to get involved. If your group wants to make a difference, contact us. We can help create a program that will be meaningful to your group and our Elders.
